EPISODE #14 – The Anger Scale
With a lot of people working from home right now, those little annoyances that used to not be a big deal are now amplified within your relationship. With this in mind, I wanted to teach you about the Anger Scale so you can start using it right away.
Anger is something we all experience, and also not something we should wish away either because we can learn a lot from it. In this episode, I share one of the biggest lessons I’ve learned lately about anger in my personal life, some of my coaching tools that I use with my private coaching clients, and discuss the different degrees of anger.
Towards the end of the episode, we talk about receiving love and compliments from both yourself and from others. I know many of us diminish our own accomplishments and struggle to stand in the power of what we’ve accomplished, so I offer some helpful tips for you there as well.
