EPISODE #25 – 53 Thoughts to Think On Purpose
One of my favorite tools that I use to help myself think great thoughts on purpose is to listen to guided meditations and audio affirmations over and over again, and I wanted to create something similar for you.
In this episode, I give you 53 thoughts to think on purpose that you can listen to while you’re running errands, doing chores around the house, or wherever you need them. I read each one three times – once so you can hear the thought, and twice more so you can repeat it in your mind or out loud if that feels good for you.
