EPISODE #35 – Healthy Anger with Karen C. L. Anderson
On this episode of The Marriage Life Coach Podcast, I’m joined by my friend and colleague Karen Anderson, and we dive deep into the topic of healthy anger.
Karen C.L. Anderson is a master-certified life coach and author who has helped hundreds of smart, creative women use the difficult relationships they have with their mothers as a catalyst for growth. She is the author of Difficult Mothers, Adult Daughters: A Guide For Separation, Liberation & Inspiration which is my favorite book to recommend to clients struggling with issues with their mother. Her latest book is Overcoming Creative Anxiety: Journal Prompts & Practices For Disarming Your Inner Critic, and she was recently a featured expert in the New York Times talking about healthy boundaries. I am so excited to share her wisdom with all my listeners.
In the episode, we talk about how to use anger in a healthy way, how to recognize the difference between immature and mature anger, and how to process anger in a way that moves you forward.
