EPISODE # 9 How to Manage Overwhelm and Burnout – The Dos
On today’s episode we are going to talk about feeling overwhelmed and burnt out and exactly what to do to help yourself feel better.
I experienced overwhelm and burnout very intensely when I was ending my career in HR and starting my business as a Life Coach and I see overwhelm and burnout affecting marriages over and over again in my coaching practice.
And you cannot have a five star, thriving marriage if you are exhausted all the time, so today’s episode is an invitation to check in, to pause and review and see if you are engaging in these soul nourishing activities and really getting what you need in order to feel you are at your best.
We are going to talk about priorities and saying no and disappointing other people sometimes, so you stop disappointing yourself.
Join me on this week’s episode as I guide you through concrete examples for what to do to minimize overwhelm in your life. As always, I keep it super simple and super doable so you can listen today and implement tomorrow.
