EPISODE 40 – Slowing Down to Speed Up with Amanda Hess
On this episode of The Marriage Life Coach Podcast, one of my previous coaching clients, Amanda Hess, shares her experience of being coached and how it affected her marriage.
Amanda is a wife, a boy mom (as she likes to call herself), and a Certified Life Coach. She used to feel powerless, and struggled with her self worth on a daily basis until life coaching changed her life. And now, she helps worn out and broken women learn how to love themselves and feel confident again.
In the episode, we talk about why Amanda decided to work with me after 19 years of marriage, her favorite concepts and take-aways from her coaching experience, and how marriage coaching transformed her marriage into a Five Star Marriage.
